Are you licensed and insured?
YES. Ever Ace Painting is insured for up to $1M liability coverage and every person on site has workers compensation. Documentation can be provided upon request.
​What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made by check, credit card, debit card, or cash. We require 50% upfront to schedule and begin work, the balance remaining is requested after the final walk-through or once the project is complete.

How long until the paint dries?
Sherwin-Williams interior latex paints typically dry to the touch in 1–2 hours and can be re-coated in 4 hours, while exterior paints generally dry in 1–4 hours depending on humidity, but require up to 48 hours for full curing.
What prep should I do before you arrive?
Nada! Means "nothing". We cater to the customer BUT if there is any priceless artifacts such as art decor, statues, or jewels please remove them. Other wise leave it to us to move the big furniture. We will cover any furniture, caulk cracks, sand imperfections, prime, and paint.
Can anyone help me choose a color?
Yes! We can. It's one of the most exciting parts of the job!

How long will my project take?
Weather permitting, and assuming a 3-4 bedroom house...
Exterior Painting: Around 5-7 days.
Interior Painting: Around 3-5 days.

Can you match the existing color?
Yes! We use a paint-matching tool. It's a scanning device linked to our smartphone to match scanned surfaces to Sherwin-Williams paint colors.
What paint brand do you use?
At Ever Ace Painting we trust and love Sherwin-Williams paint and prices the most, so we generally stick to using their SuperPaint, Duration, and Emerald options.
What does the warranty cover?
Out 12 month warranty covers peeling, chipping, blistering, or fading of the paint resulting from defective workmanship or materials, under normal residential use and conditions.

If you see a defect in our work reach out to us, we will inspect the work, and if all checks out we fix the work at no cost.
Will interior painting odors linger in my home?
The smell of Sherwin-Williams high-quality interior paints (like Emerald or Duration) typically lasts for 24 to 48 hours, with most odors disappearing within a few days to a week with proper ventilation.
Do I need to leave my house?
No. you don't have to leave your house, but be aware work is in progress and to stay clear of work area for painters to perform their craft.
